## Description

* Konzeption, Administration und Weiterentwicklung von Microsoft-365-Umgebungen unserer Kunden (Exchange Online, Entra ID, SharePoint Online, Teams, Intune, OneDrive)
 * Planung und Durchführung von Migrationsprojekten - z. B. Exchange-Hybrid-Migrationen, Fileserver-zu-SharePoint-Umzüge, Tenant-Konsolidierungen
 * Aufbau und Pflege von Identitäts- und Berechtigungskonzepten (Entra ID, Conditional Access, rollenbasierte Zugriffsmodelle)
 * Entwicklung von Automatisierungslösungen mit PowerShell und Microsoft Graph
 * Kundenberatung: Bedarfsanalyse, Evaluierung, Planung - am Telefon und vor Ort
 * Bearbeitung eskalierter Kundenanfragen und Second-/Third-Level-Support
 * Monitoring, Betrieb und Absicherung hybrider IT-Infrastrukturen (Cloud und On-Premises)
