* Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Technischer Lead, Solution Architect oder Technischer Projektleiter
 * Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Bereich API-Architektur und Integrationsplattformen
 * Erfahrung mit Cloud-Architekturen und modernen Softwareplattformen
 * Gute Kenntnisse zu API-Security (OAuth2, JWT, rollenbasierte Berechtigungen o. Ä.)
 * Erfahrung mit Jira und Confluence
 * Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Scrum und idealerweise SAFe
 * Erfahrung in der Steuerung komplexer Softwareprojekte mit mehreren Teams
 * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse

Von Vorteil:

 * Erfahrung im Mobilitäts-, Infrastruktur- oder KRITIS-Umfeld
 * Kenntnisse im Testmanagement und der Testautomatisierung
 * Erfahrung mit KI-gestützten Entwicklungsprozessen
 * Zertifizierungen wie SAFe, PSPO, PSM, PRINCE2, ISTQB oder ITIL, * Bachelor (Wünschenswert)

Sprache:

 * Deutsch, mindestens C1 (Wünschenswert)
 * Englisch , mindestens B2 - C1 (Wünschenswert)

## Description

* Technische Leitung beim Aufbau einer unternehmensweiten API- und Integrationsplattform
 * Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Roadmaps, Backlogs und Umsetzungsplänen
 * Abstimmung mit Architektur, Entwicklung, Product Ownern und Projektleitung
 * Steuerung technischer Abhängigkeiten sowie Risiko- und Engpassmanagement
 * Unterstützung bei Architektur- und Technologieentscheidungen
 * Sicherstellung einer hochwertigen Delivery hinsichtlich Qualität, Governance und Teststrategie
 * Transparente Kommunikation zwischen Management und Entwicklungsteams
 * Begleitung agiler Entwicklungsprozesse nach Scrum bzw. SAFe
