## Description

In Ihrer täglichen Arbeit als Consultant Pathologie / IT Application Support Pathologie (m/w/d) sind Sie zuständig für die Sicherstellung der 1st- und 2nd-Level Betreuung für Pathologie-Standorte . Außerdem übernehmen Sie die Administration der pathologiespezifischen Systeme und Koordination externer Dienstleister, um einen stabilen und reibungslosen Betrieb sicherzustellen.

 * 1st und 2nd Level Betreuung von Pathologie - Standorten
 * Administration des Pathologie Labor Informationssystems
 * Koordination der Dienstleister (Nexus, ifms, Speechmedia, 4Voice)
 * Dokumentation und Pflege von Tickets im IT-Service-Management-System, inklusive vollständiger Nachverfolgung von Störungen, Serviceanfragen und Lösungsmaßnahmen
 * Durchführung von Vor-Ort-Einsätzen an Pathologiestandorten zur Analyse und Behebung technischer Störungen sowie Unterstützung bei Rollouts und Installationen
