## About the Role

* Berufserfahrung: Mindestens 7+ Jahre fundierte Erfahrung in der IT-Infrastruktur oder Systemadministration.
 * Security-Praxis: Nachweisbare operative Erfahrung im Security-Betrieb (SIEM, Vulnerability Scanning, Endpoint Protection)
 * Technologie-Stack: Fundierte Kenntnisse in Windows Server, Active Directory, VMware vSphere, Enterprise Storage sowie im Backup-Betrieb (Veeam bevorzugt).
 * Sprachen: Fließendes Deutsch (mind. C1) für Compliance-Dokumente und interne Kommunikation sowie fließendes Englisch (mind. C1) für internationale Tech-Teams zwingend erforderlich.
 * Arbeitsweise: Hohe Eigenverantwortung (Sie treiben Lösungen selbstständig voran) und eine ausgeprägte Dokumentationsdisziplin.

Nice-to-haves:

 * Zertifizierung als BSI IT-Grundschutz Praktiker oder ISO-27001-Kenntnisse.
 * Hersteller-Zertifikate (z.B. VMCE, Microsoft Security / Windows Server).
 * Erfahrung mit PowerShell-Scripting zur Automatisierung.
 * Praktischer Einsatz von KI-Tools zur Workflow-Beschleunigung.

Wir suchen einen starken IT-Generalisten mit Hands-on-Mentalität. Reine Zertifikatssammler ohne tiefe Praxiserfahrung, hochspezialisierte Silo-Experten, Berufseinsteiger ohne Servererfahrung oder Kandidaten, die eine ständige engmaschige Anleitung benötigen, werden in dieser Rolle nicht glücklich.

## Description

Security Operations (ca. 60%):

 * Betrieb, Tuning und kontinuierliche Verbesserung unserer SIEM-Plattform (bevorzugt Wazuh oder vergleichbare Lösungen) sowie Alert-Triage und Incident Response.
 * Voller Lebenszyklus des Vulnerability Managements: Scanning, Bewertung, Priorisierung und lückenloses Remediation-Tracking.
 * Strukturierte Behandlung von Sicherheitsvorfällen (Untersuchung, Eingrenzung, Dokumentation und Lessons Learned).
 * Unterstützung bei ISMS- und BSI-IT-Grundschutz-Compliance-Aktivitäten., * Ganzheitliche Administration und Wartung von Windows Server-, Active Directory-, Group Policies-, WSUS- und Exchange-Umgebungen.
 * Unterstützung der Virtualisierungsinfrastruktur (VMware vSphere) und von Enterprise-Storage-Systemen.
 * Mitwirkung beim Backup-Betrieb (Veeam) und der Disaster-Recovery-Planung.
 * Lösungsorientierter 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Support im kollaborativen Team inklusive sauberer Erstellung technischer Dokumentationen (Runbooks).
