Gestalte innovative Voicebot- und Chatbot-Lösungen, entwickle intelligente Systeme zur automatisierten Dokumentenanalyse und treibe die Weiterentwicklung unserer KI-Strategie voran., * Du konzipierst und entwickelst komplexe Enterprise-Lösungen im Bereich Conversational AI, Voicebots und Prozessautomatisierung, mit Python als Hauptsprache und JavaScript/TypeScript oder Java für Integrations- oder Frontend-Komponenten

 * Du verantwortest die technische Durchführung, Architektur und Qualitätssicherung in größeren Projekten
 * Du hilfst bei der Integration von KI-Lösungen in bestehende Unternehmensprozesse
 * Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Entwickler:innen zusammen und nimmst an internen Trainings zu KI, Cloud und Softwarearchitekturen teil, oder hältst diese selber
 * Du arbeitest an innovativen Projekten zur Integration von Speech-Technologien (Text-to-Speech, Speech-to-Text, Whisper, LiveKit, Azure Speech Services etc.), * Workation-Option: Bis zu drei Monate jährlich an einem der anderen 15 EU-Standorte arbeiten
 * Sommer- und Weihnachtsfeiern, Teamevents und Onboardingveranstaltungen
 * Interne und externe Trainings, eLearning Plattform mit internen Inhalten, regelmäßige Feedback-/ Entwicklungsgespräche, Welcome Buddy-Programm
