## About the Role

* Abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik, Informatik, Wirtschafts-Informatik, Maschinenbau oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
 * Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Product Owner, Produktmanager oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle mit Bezug zu IoT-Produkten, Edge-Geräten, industrieller Kommunikation oder vernetzten Hardware-/Software-Systemen
 * Technisches Verständnis für eingebettete Systeme, Connectivity und industrielle Protokolle, sowie Erfahrung an der Schnittstelle zwischen Hardware, Firmware, mobilen Apps, Cloud-Plattformen und datenbasierten Software-Funktionen, idealerweise ergänzt um Erfahrung in Gebäudeautomation, Lüftungs- oder HVAC-Technik
 * Sicherer Umgang mit agilen Methoden sowie mit Tools wie Jira und Confluence sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Zusammenhänge in strukturierte Anforderungen und tragfähige Produktentscheidungen zu übersetzen Kommunikationsstärke, Organisationsfähigkeit, Hands-on-Mentalität und sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

## Description

* Strategische Produktverantwortung: Du verantwortest Produktvision, Roadmap und Priorisierung für unsere Edge Gateway Controller innerhalb der NEXAIRA-Plattform und steuerst deren Weiterentwicklung entlang klarer Kundennutzen.
 * Anforderungsmanagement: Du erhebst, strukturierst und priorisierst Anforderungen gemeinsam mit Firmware-, App-, Cloud-, Data- und UX-Teams sowie mit Vertrieb, Service und externen Stakeholdern.
 * Regelungs- und Applikationsverständnis: Du stellst sicher, dass unsere Edge Gateway Controller Ventilatoren in realen Anwendungen zuverlässig regeln können.
 * Markteinführung und Lifecycle-Steuerung: Du begleitest neue Features von der Discovery bis in Rollout, Dokumentation und Betrieb und leitest aus Kundenfeedback, Support-Rückmeldungen und regulatorischen Anforderungen konkrete Verbesserungen ab.
 * Innovations- und Plattformmanagement: Du identifizierst Marktanforderungen, neue Technologien und Integrationsbedarfe und treibst die Produktentwicklung im Umfeld von Edge-Computing, IoT-Plattform, Cybersecurity, Retrofit, HVAC und lokaler Systemintegration voran.
