* Unterstützung des Onsite-Support-Teams bei der Installation, Wartung und Reparatur von IT-Hardware (z. B. PCs, Drucker, Netzwerkequipment)
 * Unterstützung bei der Lagerverwaltung und beim Gerätemanagement
 * Begleitung von Rollout-Projekten und IT-UmzügenKoordinartion und Kommunikation mit internen Stakeholdern sowie Kundenbetreuung
