This is a great opportunity for someone early in their BI career who wants to step into a role with genuine ownership, visibility and plenty of room to grow. The Opportunity The business is going through a significant shift towards more data-driven decision making, with a strong focus on improving reporting quality, consistency and accessibility. As part of this journey, they're bringing more BI capability in-house and separating reporting from the wider data engineering function. This role will sit firmly on the Business Intelligence / reporting side, focusing on building meaningful dashboards, improving existing reporting and helping stakeholders make better decisions through data. There's a real opportunity here to help modernise the BI function and influence how reporting evolves across the organisation.
