* Proven experience in a Knowledge Management role within a law firm or professional services environment
 * Strong understanding of legal processes, documentation and client delivery
 * Confident communicator with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
 * Passion for innovation, technology and continuous improvement
 * Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

## Description

* Lead the firm's knowledge management strategy across key practice areas
 * Collaborate with lawyers to capture, structure and share critical legal know how
 * Oversee the creation and maintenance of precedents, templates and guidance materials
 * Drive engagement with knowledge systems, tools and processes
 * Identify and implement innovative solutions, including legal tech and automation
 * Support training initiatives to embed best practice in knowledge usage
 * Ensure knowledge resources remain current, accessible and aligned with client needs

Key Responsibilities

 * Partner with senior stakeholders to embed KM into day-to-day workflows
 * Manage and enhance intranet content, databases and knowledge platforms
 * Improve accessibility, quality and consistency of knowledge assets
 * Provide insights and materials to support business development and thought leadership
 * Track usage and effectiveness of KM initiatives, making continuous improvements
