We're primarily a .NET / C# shop, but you don't need to be an expert. What matters most is a solid grasp of programming fundamentals, a willingness to learn in context, and the drive to keep improving., * Solid programming fundamentals: You can read and write clean, working code, whether that's from a degree, a bootcamp, self-teaching, or a couple of years on the job * Experience with, or genuine enthusiasm to learn, a backend-heavy language such as C# / .NET * A growing testing discipline and real care about the quality of what you build * Good written and verbal communication; you can ask clear questions and explain what you've done * Curiosity and a growth mindset: You actively seek feedback and act on it * Comfort with ambiguity and change, and a willingness to work in an agile environment * Interest in understanding customer problems, not just the ticket in front of you * Enthusiasm for AI-assisted development and a willingness to build good instincts for when and how to use these tools well Desirable * Some commercial software experience (this is welcome but not required) * Exposure to front-end development * Familiarity with CI/CD, version control workflows, or automated testing * Any hands-on exposure to practices like TDD, BDD, observability, or Infrastructure as Code, We are tenacious for personal excellence.
