This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in our digital transformation journey, helping to maximise the value of Dynamics 365 and emerging technologies across the organisation. Working at the centre of technology, you'll ensure our business applications continue to evolve in line with organisational priorities, delivering excellent experiences for both colleagues and customers. What You'll Be Doing In this role, you'll build trusted relationships across the organisation, working closely with stakeholders to understand business priorities, challenges and opportunities, translating these into practical system improvements and effective solutions. You'll take ownership of the Dynamics 365 roadmap and enhancement backlog, shaping future developments and ensuring the platform continues to evolve in line with organisational needs. Using data, customer and user feedback and operational insight, you'll identify smarter ways of working that improve experiences, increase adoption and drive continuous improvement. Working alongside technical teams and external partners, you'll oversee the design, development and delivery of enhancements and new functionality, ensuring solutions are well-designed, user-focused, integrated with wider business systems and successfully implemented.
