 * Installation, Konfiguration, Verwaltung, Pflege und Aktualisierung von Hard- und Software (z. B. VPN, RDP, Citrix, Microsoft 365, Fachanwendungen)
 * Fehleranalyse, Störungsbehebung und Dokumentation von IT-Prozessen
 * Schulung und Beratung der Mitarbeitenden im Umgang mit IT-Systemen, insbesondere im Homeoffice-Umfeld
