* Having 10 years of experience in Oracle including ERP R12
 * Must be strong in P2P area, especially Procurement. Must have experience on Oracle Complex Purchase Solutions
 * Able to design complex End to End procurement process flows.
 * Must have 2-3 Procurement implementation experience in Oracle
 * Should be involved in gathering requirement and fit into Oracle Procurement
 * Can drive business discussion in front of customer
 * Excellent communication skills
 * Preferred experience : working in large ERP programs with multiple global teams
