Education & Experience: Preferred: * Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering + 10 years of relevant manufacturing / production support experience. Alternative: * Associate of Science degree in an engineering discipline + 15 years of progressive relevant experience, with clear demonstration of maintaining standard product documentation and configuration control. In this role, you will play a critical part in sustaining and improving our high-reliability process gas chromatography analyzers used in demanding industrial and hazardous environments. You will bridge product design, manufacturing, and field performance to ensure our instruments meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and performance., * Support the development and optimization of manufacturing processes for gas chromatography systems and subassemblies. * Design and implement assembly fixtures, test fixtures, and tooling to improve efficiency, repeatability, and quality. * Perform failure analysis on production and field failures, identify root causes, and drive corrective actions. * Document and submit change requests (CRs) to maintain and update standardized product drawings. * Occasionally perform CAD modeling and drafting work to support fixture design and drawing updates. * Collaborate closely with Production, Quality, R&D, and Field Service teams., As part of our selection process, qualified candidates will be asked to complete a short on-demand video questionnaire.
