## Description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Primavera Unifier & Web Services Administrator to support the administration, maintenance, enhancement, and modernization of mission-critical enterprise applications for a State government agency.
This role combines expertise in Oracle Primavera Unifier administration, .NET application development, web services, and database technologies. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining existing business applications while contributing to the development of a modern reservation system integrated with Oracle Primavera Unifier.
The successful candidate will collaborate closely with internal technical teams, business stakeholders, and external contractors to deliver high-quality solutions that improve operational efficiency and user experience. Key Responsibilities

 * Administer and support Oracle Primavera Unifier (Version 26.6 and above).
 * Configure and maintain business processes, data views, reports, custom print templates, and system configurations.
 * Troubleshoot application issues, identify configuration defects, and implement appropriate solutions.
 * Provide Tier 1 support to application administrators and business users.
 * Maintain and enhance existing ASP.NET/VB.NET web applications supporting the reservations portal and project listing websites.
 * Design, develop, and modernize enterprise web applications using the latest .NET technologies.
 * Upgrade existing applications from .NET Core 8 to .NET 10.
 * Develop, maintain, and optimize Microsoft SQL and Oracle SQL databases.
 * Configure, administer, and troubleshoot IIS-hosted applications.
 * Support Windows Server environments across multiple versions.
 * Ensure application security, compliance, and database integrity.
 * Produce technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to internal staff.
