Attributes: * Motivated to adhere to and improve processes, procedures, and the work environment * Professional appearance and manner * Desire and ability to learn * Honest and trustworthy with a strong work ethic * Self-motivated and productive * Dependable * Respectful * Flexible * Positive ## Description The Project Coordinator will support the Project Manager by providing day-to-day administrative and operational functions to achieve project sustainability and success per grantor-defined targets, strategies, and goals. Essential Duties: * Develop and oversee a feasible plan that achieves the goals and objectives of the WBC project and aligns with the Catalyst's overall strategic plan. * Manage the project to metrics and budget and oversee day-to-day operations of the project. * Maintain Women's Business Center operating hours in accordance with grant requirements. * Execute the project in compliance with the SBA grant notice of award. * Assist in coordination of raising matching funds to cover the full costs of the project via donations, sponsorship or other grants. * Maintain continuous contact throughout the year with clients to receive feedback on programs (surveys) and to collect economic impact data for grant reporting purposes * Provide workplans and monthly program narratives for Management and Grant reporting. * Serve as liaison with SBA District Office and SBA OWBO Grant Manager for the WBC Project in Collaboration with the Senior Director of Programs and Partnerships. * Exemplify radical hospitality in providing customized client services which include coaching, training, and connecting; develop and execute the planning and implementation of relevant training and events. * Work one-on-one with Clients to track progress to ensure they receive needed resources and are moving forward. * Conduct research to stay abreast of current trends/issues concerning business owners. * Responsible for ensuring accurate and complete client files are maintained. * Recruit new clients and ensure WBC programs are being marketed effectively and in a timely manner by contributing to the newsletter, website, social media and other outreach as required. * Develop relationships and recruit coaches, sponsors, investors and subject matter experts , * Maintain a group of vetted volunteers to serve as business coaches and trainers. * Attend and support Catalyst staff meetings, WBC meetings, and other Catalyst business events. * Ensure all applicable policies and procedures are followed by everyone actively participating in the assigned project or program. * Develop and maintain relationships with the public/private sector and other stakeholders and serve as a primary liaison to the community; * Responsible for maintenance, protection & care of company-owned equipment issued to the project., The Women's Business Center (WBC) Project Coordinator will embrace our mission, culture, and core values, and comply with all federal, state, and local legal and tax requirements.
