Ability to clearly articulate performance problems and solutions related to complex financial instruments and transactions. * Demonstrated leadership experience as a team lead or similar role. * Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. As the needs of our clients change, we need to be flexible to change with them. * Ability to work on several projects simultaneously and to thrive in a project-based environment within a lean team. * Capacity to work within complex systems and large data sets. * Someone who will embody our SEI Values of courage, integrity, collaboration, inclusion, connection and fun. ## Description As a Product Manager, you will primarily focus on executing on the product roadmap. To be successful you will be (or become) the subject matter expert for the products you support, and have an understanding of the overall platform in which those products operate. The Product Manager acts as the primary facilitator among the development teams, the other Product Team leaders, Development Teams, and the user community (clients and operations) in support of their products.
