Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience of 7+ years in a full-stack engineering role. * Core Stack: C#, .NET (Core/Framework), React, Node.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, T-SQL, MS SQL Server. * APIs: RESTful API design and development, JSON, XML, OAuth 2.0, OpenAPI/Swagger * AI Development: Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Azure OpenAI or equivalent LLM integrations, prompt engineering. * Cloud & Infrastructure: Microsoft Azure, IIS, SharePoint Online, Entra ID. * Tools: Visual Studio / VS Code, Git, Azure DevOps, SQL Server Management Studio. * Microsoft Fabric and Power BI experience a plus. * Low-Code/Platform: Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), Outsystems a plus. * Law firm application experience (Aderant, Intapp, iManage, InterAction) a plus. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail. * Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders. * Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. * A continuous learner who actively tracks and experiments with emerging tools, especially in the AI/ML space. ## Description The Senior Software Engineer plays a central role within the Software Engineering team responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality, full-stack applications across the firm's enterprise technology ecosystem. This role requires a seasoned engineer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can turn around solutions quickly without sacrificing quality, and actively integrates AI tooling into their development workflow.
