You will collaborate with business, product, development, and QA teams to transform business requirements into seamless user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready UI designs. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in UX research, interaction design, responsive UI, design systems, accessibility, and enterprise application design. Key ResponsibilitiesUser Experience (UX) Design * Gather and analyze user requirements with business, product, and technical teams. * Create user personas, user journeys, process flows, and information architecture. * Design intuitive user experiences that simplify complex business workflows. * Conduct usability reviews and recommend continuous UX improvements. User Interface (UI) Design * Design responsive interfaces for web applications, mobile apps, enterprise dashboards, and workflow-based systems. * Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes. * Develop high-fidelity UI designs using Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or equivalent design tools. * Ensure consistent branding, typography, color palettes, icons, layouts, and visual standards. Design Systems * Build and maintain reusable design systems and component libraries. * Define UI standards and style guides for enterprise applications. * Ensure consistency across all digital products. * Collaborate with developers during implementation to maintain design quality. Collaboration & Delivery * Work closely with Frontend, Flutter, Backend, QA, and Product teams. * Review developed screens and ensure implementation matches approved designs. * Prepare UI specifications, developer handoff documents, and design guidelines. * Support dashboards, reports, branding, presentations, and product enhancements. Quality & Accessibility * Ensure applications meet usability and accessibility standards. * Design responsive interfaces for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. * Recommend improvements based on user feedback and usability testing. * Follow industry best practices for UX, accessibility, and inclusive design.
