## About the Role

* Umfangreiche IT-Fachkenntnisse, abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Fachinformatiker Systemintegration / IT-Systemelektroniker, oder ähnliche Qualifikation im IT-Bereich, gerne auch Quereinsteiger mit vergleichbaren Kenntnissen

 * Führerschein "Klasse B"
 * Eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit

 * Offenes, authentisches und kundenorientiertes Auftreten
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
 * Folgende Basis Kenntnisse:
 + Windows Client und Server, Virtualisierung (VMware, Hyper-V)
 + Active Directory, Office 365, Exchange, DNS, DHCP, Gruppenrichtlinien
 + Von Vorteil sind Erfahrungen in Installation, Konfiguration und Administration von Proxmox VE- sowie Proxmox Backup-Server-Infrastrukturen
 + Backup Lösungen
 + Netzwerke und Firewalls
 + Idealerweise Kenntnisse in Aufbau und Konfiguration von VoIP-Telefonanlagen

## Description

* Administration, Installation, Konfiguration und Betreuung von Client- und Serversystemen im Microsoft Umfeld
 * Administration von Windows-Server-Anwendungen (z. B. Windows Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Exchange, SQL-Server etc.)
 * Installation, Einrichtung und Wartung von Netzwerken, Internetzugängen, VPN- Verbindungen und sonstiger Peripherie in die Kundeninfrastruktur

 * Fehlersuche, Analyse und Behebung
 * Anforderungsanalyse, Kundenberatung und technische Mitarbeit bei der Angebotserstellung
 * Anwenderbetreuung sowie Mitwirkung bei verschiedenen IT-Projekten
 * Übernahme von Betriebsverantwortung zur Sicherstellung von IT-Services beim Kunden
 * 1st und 2nd-Level-Support Themen
 * Erfassung, Klassifizierung und Dokumentation von Anwenderproblemen in einem Ticketsystem
