* Associate's degree with 3-5 years of IT support experience or Bachelor's degree in IT
 * 5+ years of desktop/help desk support experience
 * Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
 * Experience with IT ticketing systems (ServiceNow preferred)
 * Knowledge of desktop/laptop imaging and hardware support
 * Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing technologies

## Description

We're seeking a Tier-2 Help Desk Support professional to provide desktop, application, and end-user IT support across office and field locations. You'll troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, mobile devices, printers, and assist with technology refresh projects while delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities

 * Provide desktop, laptop, application, and remote IT support
 * Troubleshoot PCs, printers, phones, mobile devices, and network issues
 * Perform computer imaging, software installation, and hardware maintenance
 * Manage IT assets and support technology refresh initiatives
 * Resolve Service Desk tickets and coordinate with internal IT teams
 * Ensure compliance with IT processes, standards, and security policies
