## About the Role

* Must POSSESS and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "TOP SECRET" security clearance; candidates must obtain an approved adjudication of clearance prior to onboarding with Guidehouse.
 * Minimum of FOUR (4) years of professional experience.
 * Bachelor's degree: Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
 * Ability to commute to client or corporate offices within the Tampa, FL area
 * Experience with Software Development Lifecycle methodologies, deliverables, and controls.
 * Expertise in ServiceNow Modules such as GRC, SPM, and ITSM, as well as with App Engine and Scoped Apps.
 * Strong experience with scripting (JavaScript, Glide, AngularJS), Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.

 * Experience with web services integration, specifically Mid-Server, SOAP, and REST, preferred.
 * Experience with Software Development Lifecycle methodologies, deliverables, and controls.
 * Experience working in an Agile environment.
 * Experience with ServiceNow automated testing framework (ATF).
 * ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CIS, CAD) are preferred
 * Experience with web services integration, specifically Mid-Server, SOAP, and REST preferred.
 * Agile, SCRUM or SAFe certifications.
 * General understanding of financial management aspects (i.e., financial operations, financial innovation, internal control, risk management, etc.), particularly in a federal environment.
 * Candidates with an ACTIVE "TOP SECRET" or higher-level clearance are preferred.

## Description

* Lead the development of ServiceNow applications, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices.
 * Provide technical expertise and guidance to other ServiceNow developers.
 * Develop, configure, and enhance ServiceNow applications.
 * Stay current with ServiceNow products, features, and industry trends to drive innovation.
 * Conduct technical assessments and provide recommendations for improving existing ServiceNow implementations.
 * Conduct reviews of functionality developed by ServiceNow development team and perform unit, system, and integration testing.
 * Debug and fix technical problems.
 * Support the development of detailed technical and functional documentation.
 * Provide demonstrations of developed applications to product owners and end users.
 * Participate in platform upgrade activities, including regression testing and reconfiguration.
 * Ensure the security, scalability, and maintainability of ServiceNow solutions.
