 * Proficiency in Java 17 with experience with spring boot based microservice development
 * Good hands on experience with kafka
 * Need for a primarily back-end-focused Java engineer (Java/services/database)
 * 5+ years of SQL development
 * Other required experience includes react, Cloud and Test Automation
 * OpenShift/Kubernetes experience preferred

## Description

Lead Software Engineer with experience in design, development of enterprise systems, and handling high volumes of data. The candidate would design and implement solutions to support our clients. Technology toolkit involves RDBMS tools (SQL Server, Oracle), middleware services (Java/J2EE, Spring, Kafka/JMS), User Interaction (React)

 * Work independently with minimal supervision, taking full ownership of assigned tasks from initiation to resolution
 * Proactively seek solutions, escalate issues appropriately, and follow through in a timely and professional manner
 * Works closely with peer developers to ensure requirements and functional designs are translated accurately into working technical designs and that automated test plans and scripts meet customer needs
 * Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure clarity, alignment, and timely delivery
