Skills: + Must have or be able to obtain within one year: + FEMA IS-5.A + Introduction to Hazardous Materials + IS-100.C: Introduction to the Incident Command System (ICS) + IS-200.C: Basic Incident Command System for Initial Response + IS-230.E: Fundamentals of Emergency Management + IS-235.C: Emergency Planning + IS-240.C: Leadership and Influence + IS-241.C: Decision Making and Problem Solving + IS-700.B: National Incident Management System (NIMS) + IS-906: Workplace Security Awareness + IS-907: Active Shooter Awareness + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + Knowledge of physical security principles, risk assessment, and mitigation techniques. + Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. + Ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information. + Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. + Ability to exercise sound judgment during emergency situations. + Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams. + Ability to work flexible hours as business needs require. ## Description The Information Security Specialist supports the day-to-day physical security operations at LG Energy Solution Michigan Inc.
