Preferred Qualifications: + Experience gathering requirements and providing consultations for system enhancements and process improvements. + Experience in a regulated manufacturing environments (e.g., FDA 21 CFR Part 11, GMP). + Ability to work cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, Quality, IT, and Engineering. + Experience with MES (FactoryWorx), SAP, and other systems. ## Description As a Principal Technical Analyst, you will provide support and troubleshooting for MES, ERP, labeling and shop floor production systems across manufacturing environments. Support system configurations, testing, validation (including MSCM and security patches), and deployment of IT solutions. Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and deliver tailored analytics, data extractions, and insights for decision-making. Conduct root cause analysis and support CAPA, Non-Conformances (NC), and other quality and compliance initiatives. Participate in solution design and provide consulting for system enhancements and process improvements. The Principal Technical Analyst is expected to demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, a foundational understanding of regulated manufacturing environments (e.g., FDA 21 CFR Part 11, GMP), and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced production setting. You will play an essential role in ensuring system integrity, data accuracy, and adherence to validated processes. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, Quality, IT, and Engineering to support the deployment of digital solutions, troubleshoot system issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
