This individual will partner closely with Product leadership to establish scalable operating rhythms, improve cross-functional alignment, and build the reporting infrastructure that enables data-driven decision making. This role requires a highly organized operator who thrives at the intersection of Product, Engineering, and Executive Leadership. The ideal candidate has experience leading quarterly planning, optimizing Jira environments, building executive KPI dashboards, and leveraging AI tools to streamline workflows, reporting, and operational efficiency.
