They act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, development teams, and QA teams to ensure quality and readiness. They manage the lifecycle of defects found during the UAT phase with continuous testing and validation of automation. They partner with Agile development teams, supporting both sprint-based validation and formal release readiness. The Lead User Acceptance Tester will drive end-to-end user acceptance testing for a complex, enterprise-scale program. This role will serve as the onshore point of leadership, working closely with stakeholders while managing and coordinating an offshore testing team.
