Conduct risk assessments to identify potential gaps. + Develop dashboards, KPIs, and reports to provide visibility into portfolio performance, risks, and opportunities. + Support the configuration of workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. + Participate in Scrum process, testing, debugging, and documentation of ServiceNow modules. + Experience with patching and maintaining ServiceNow system solutions in a Linux environment is a plus.
