* Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung unserer IT-Infrastruktur (Netzwerke, Server, Clients)
 * Sicherstellung des reibungslosen IT-Betriebs in allen Unternehmensbereichen
 * Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von Hard- und Software
 * Unterstützung der Mitarbeiter:innen bei IT-Anfragen (First- & Second-Level-Support)
 * Betreuung von Kassensystemen, Zutritts- und Ticketsystemen
 * IT-Sicherheit, Datensicherung und Monitoring
 * Zusammenarbeit mit externen IT-Dienstleistern
