* Administration und Betreuung von IT-Infrastrukturen im Kundenumfeld
 * Bearbeitung komplexer Supportanfragen im 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Support
 * Administration von Windows Servern, Active Directory und Microsoft 365
 * Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung von Virtualisierungsumgebungen (VMware)
 * Konfiguration und Administration von Firewall- und Backup-Lösungen
 * Analyse und Behebung von System- und Netzwerkstörungen
 * Mitarbeit an spannenden IT-Projekten sowie der Weiterentwicklung bestehender IT-Umgebungen
