## Description

Sie sind Teil eines vierköpfigen Teams im Sachgebiet Informations- und Kommunikationstechnik (IuK) am Landratsamt Freising, das die IT-Umgebung der 14 Landkreisschulen betreut und den Systembetreuenden Lehrkräften 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Support bietet. Im 2nd-Level-Support bearbeiten Sie Tickets, die Ihnen von den Systembetreuenden Lehrkräften der Schulen zugewiesen werden, und unterstützen bei der Einführung neuer Technologien für den Unterricht. Sie führen eigenständig Rollouts durch und optimieren die Onboarding-Prozesse für neue Hardware. Mit ihrem Fachwissen und Ihrer Problemlösungskompetenz tragen Sie proaktiv zur Unterstützung der Systembetreuer und Schulleitungen bei.
