## Description

Als (Senior) Manager:in Cloud Solution Architecture übernimmst du eine zentrale Rolle in der strategischen und technischen Umsetzung großskaliger Cloud-Transformations- und Modernisierungsinitiativen. Du verantwortest die Definition von Migrationsstrategien, die Modernisierung bestehender IT-Landschaften sowie die Konzeption sicherer, skalierbarer und leistungsfähiger Multi-Cloud-Architekturen zur Unterstützung langfristiger Geschäftsziele.

Dabei arbeitest du eng mit Enterprise-Kunden zusammen, begleitest komplexe Migrationsprogramme und unterstützt die Einführung cloud-nativer Architekturen sowie moderner DevOps-Praktiken über den gesamten Transformationslebenszyklus hinweg.

Dabei warten die folgenden Aufgaben auf dich:

 * Leitung von End-to-End Cloud-Migrations- und Modernisierungsprogrammen in komplexen Enterprise-Umgebungen
 * Definition und Steuerung geeigneter Migrationsstrategien (Re-Host, Re-Platform, Re-Factor, Re-Architect) in Abstimmung mit fachlichen und technischen Anforderungen
 * Konzeption und Überwachung sicherer, skalierbarer und hochverfügbarer Architekturen auf AWS, Azure und Google Cloud unter Berücksichtigung von Security, Networking und Performance
 * Analyse bestehender Infrastruktur- und Applikationslandschaften sowie Entwicklung strukturierter Modernisierungs- und Transformations-Roadmaps
 * Etablierung moderner Cloud-Engineering-Praktiken, einschließlich Infrastructure as Code, Containerisierung (Docker), Orchestrierung (Kubernetes) und CI/CD
 * Sicherstellung operativer Exzellenz durch Monitoring, Logging, Kostenoptimierung (FinOps) sowie fachliche Führung und Mentoring von Teams
