The ideal candidate will have one to three years of technical experience providing IT support to business users, maintaining and documenting IT infrastructure systems, a strong eagerness to learn, solid problem-solving abilities, and demonstrated interest in IT infrastructure, security, and system administration. This role offers hands-on experience with complex IT systems and the opportunity to develop technical skills under the guidance of senior team members., · A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology from an accredited college or university in a related discipline. In the absence of a degree, directly related job experience serving in an IT System Administrator or Systems Engineering role, where a number of years, proven knowledge, and certifications may offset the degree requirement.
