 * Erfahrung mit PowerShell, Microsoft Graph oder der Power Platform ist von Vorteil
 * Microsoft-Zertifizierungen (z. B. Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert oder Endpoint Administrator Associate) sind wünschenswert
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

 * Beratung der Kunden als Trusted Advisor und Solution Architect rund um Microsoft 365
 * Fachliche Führung, Coaching und Weiterentwicklung von Projektteams und Consultants
 * Weiterentwicklung des Modern-Workplace-Portfolios in den Bereichen Endpoint Management, Collaboration, Identity, Security und Governance
 * Unterstützung bei Presales, Angebotserstellung und Business Development
 * Ausbau der strategischen Partnerschaft mit Microsoft sowie Nutzung gemeinsamer Go-to-Market-Programme
 * Durchführung von Workshops, Assessments und Kundenpräsentationen
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden und internen Stakeholdern zur Entwicklung nachhaltiger Lösungen
