 * Administration, Betrieb und Wartung internationaler TK-Systeme (Alcatel-basierte Infrastruktur)
 * Verwaltung von über 4.000 mobilen Endgeräten (iOS & Android) über BlackBerry MDM
 * Administration und Überwachung von Alarmierungs- und Notfallserversystemen
 * Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung der Microsoft Teams Direct-Routing-Telefonie
 * Providermanagement sämtlicher hausinterner Telekommunikations-Carrier weltweit
 * Planung, Optimierung und Inbetriebnahme internationaler SIP-Trunks
 * Analyse von Störungen sowie nachhaltige Fehlerbehebung im internationalen Umfeld
 * Mitarbeit an globalen Rollouts, Migrationen und Modernisierungsprojekten
