* Technicien Support IT Niveau 2 avec une première expérience en support utilisateurs et environnement Datacenter.
 * Casier judiciaire vierge et vérification des antécédents requis.
 * Français courant et anglais professionnel (niveau B2 minimum).

## Description

Nous recherchons un(e) Technicien(ne) Support IT Mobile (Niveau L2) capable d'intervenir aussi bien sur le support utilisateurs que sur les activités de support Datacenter., * Assurer le support technique de niveau 2 auprès des utilisateurs.

 * Réaliser les opérations courantes en Datacenter (contrôles visuels, redémarrage d'équipements, connexions/déconnexions, interventions de premier niveau).
 * Installer, déplacer, remplacer et retirer des équipements informatiques (serveurs, stockage, câblage, etc.) conformément aux procédures.
 * Gérer les stocks, les inventaires, les actifs et la documentation du Datacenter (CMDB, plans, capacité).
 * Superviser les interventions de prestataires externes et veiller au respect des procédures et des règles de sécurité.
 * Effectuer les audits d'infrastructure, identifier les anomalies et assurer le suivi des incidents.
 * Participer aux opérations de décommissionnement, aux activités de consolidation des Datacenters et aux tests de reprise d'activité (Disaster Recovery).
 * Produire les rapports d'activité et maintenir la documentation à jour.
