## Description

Vos missions Rattaché(e) au Service growth et dans un cadre bienveillant, vous serez en charge des missions suivantes :

 - Gestion et mise à jour du CRM (segmentation, scoring, suivi des prospects et clients)
 - Participation à la mise en place de campagnes d'e-mailing et de marketing automation
 - Optimisation du parcours client sur la plateforme en ligne
 - Analyse des données d'usage et production de tableaux de bord
 - Support au service commercial dans le suivi des abonnements clients
