This is a full-time, 12 months contract position based at our Europe Campus in Fontainebleau, France. A hybrid working model is in place - 3 days on campus, 2 days from home., Reporting to the Senior Director Business Transformation Execution, you will be responsible for driving the global implementation of our HR Information System (HRIS) - Oracle HCM, in alignment with business objectives, agreed plan and budget. This will be a phase 2 implementation of multiple modules for HR, for e.g. talent, compensation and absences modules., * Together with Oracle, develop comprehensive project plans including objectives, milestones, deliverables and resources. * Define project team composition and provide strong leadership to foster collaboration, motivation, and accountability among team members. * Plan and organise meetings, agenda, minutes, * Track deliverables, follow-up actions, resources and budget management. Stakeholder Management: * Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization. * Effectively communicate project status, risks and dependencies, ensuring transparency and alignment. * Proactively address stakeholders' concerns, manage expectations and ask for feedback to drive consensus. Change Management and Continuous Improvement: * Contribute to minimize resistance and facilitate smooth adoption of new processes, systems and organizations. * Identify potential impacts and develop mitigation plans to address concerns and ensure successful transition. * Drive a culture of continuous improvement by evaluating existing processes, identifying opportunities for optimization, implementing best practices, innovative solutions and lessons learnt.
