Your primary focus will be on delivering comprehensive HR systems support and solutions specifically tailored to the Latin America/EU regions, ensuring seamless operations and continuous improvement of human resources technology infrastructure. WHAT YOU'LL DO: Strategic Collaboration & Solution Development * Partner with internal organizational departments to develop comprehensive Workday solutions and processes that deliver exceptional user experiences and optimize operational efficiency. Workday Configuration & Management * Lead cross-functional Workday configuration across multiple modules including Core HCM, Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance Management, and Advanced Reporting. * Support the strategic implementation of upcoming project phases encompassing Benefits Administration, Payroll Systems, and Absence Management. Technical Expertise & Knowledge Leadership * Serve as a subject matter expert on the Workday HCM platform, providing guidance and sharing best practices with team members across the organization. * Support complex system implementations and integrations with related HR technology platforms. Problem Resolution & System Optimization * Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues while addressing complex technical challenges. * Develop sophisticated workflow rules, data validations, and system customizations to enhance functionality. Compliance & Security Management * Ensure all system controls and processes meet rigorous internal and external audit requirements and regulatory standards. * Maintain the highest levels of data security and integrity across all HR systems and processes.
