## About the Role

* Experience working with data using SQL (in a professional or academic setting).
 * Understanding of core analytical concepts (e.g. averages, distributions, basic statistical testing).
 * Familiarity with data visualisation tools (e.g. Tableau, Looker).
 * Ability to think logically about problems and break them down into manageable analyses.
 * Comfortable working with stakeholders and building positive working relationships.

## Description

* Provide insights on reader engagement and content performance to inform newsroom strategy.
 * Develop an understanding of editorial workflows, audience behaviour and business priorities, and apply this context when interpreting data.
 * Communicate findings clearly, tailoring outputs to different audiences and explaining context and limitations.
 * Collaborate with Product, Engineering and other teams to support feature development, experimentation and performance analysis.
 * Work responsibly and ethically with data, following privacy and governance standards., We value and respect all differences (seen and unseen) in all people.
