As part of the team responsible for the continued development of the world's number one Backhoe Loader, you'll play a key role in delivering innovative engineering solutions across a diverse product range. This position offers the unique opportunity to influence engineering change on one of JCB's highest-volume products, while also contributing to the development of some of the most advanced machines within the business. Working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, you'll be challenged to think creatively, solve complex engineering problems, and develop robust, practical solutions that deliver real value to our customers. You'll work closely with a wide range of stakeholders across the business and have the opportunity to see your designs progress from concept through to production. What does this role involve day to day?
