 * Oversee the design, development, deployment, and continuous improvement of digital products and technology platforms.
 * Collaborate with executive leadership to identify technology opportunities that drive innovation and business growth.
 * Manage technology roadmaps, budgets, resources, and strategic investments.
 * Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions that enhance products, services, and operational efficiency.
 * Ensure the security, scalability, availability, and performance of enterprise technology systems.
 * Build strategic partnerships with technology vendors, clients, and industry stakeholders.
 * Establish technology governance, architecture standards, and operational best practices.
 * Recruit, mentor, and develop high-performing technology teams while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
