## About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Workday Financials professional to lead Finance Transformation and reporting initiatives, with a strong focus on Workday Accounting Centre and Prism Analytics., * Proven experience delivering Workday Financials implementations, including Accounting Centre and Prism Analytics.

 * Strong knowledge of ERP, EPM, cloud platforms, data integration, reporting, and analytics.
 * Experience leading stakeholders, managing delivery teams, and driving successful project outcomes.
 * Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both business and technical audiences.
 * Experience across multiple full-cycle Workday implementations.

Certifications

 * Active Workday Financials Certification.
 * Active Workday Prism Analytics Certification.
 * Additional Workday certifications are highly desirable., * Finance, Accounting, or related business background.
 * Consulting or professional services experience.
 * Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

## Description

* Lead the design and delivery of Workday Financials, Accounting Centre, and Prism Analytics solutions.
 * Build end-to-end Prism data pipelines, including data mapping, transformation, and reporting.
 * Develop advanced financial and operational reporting, including composite reports and analytics dashboards.
 * Manage project scope, stakeholders, and delivery teams across Workday implementations.
 * Partner with business and technical teams to translate complex requirements into scalable solutions.
 * Provide leadership, governance, and best practices across ERP and cloud-based finance transformation projects.
