You bring a mix of technical understanding, consulting mindset, and a collaborative approach to problem-solving. We're looking for individuals with experience in some of the following areas: * Familiarity with ITILv4 best practices, including Incident, Change, and Problem Management, as well as Service Desk operations. * ITILv4 Foundation or higher-level certification is highly valued. * Understanding of DevOps principles such as CI/CD, automated testing, and infrastructure as code. * Exposure to managing solutions on major cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, including core services across compute, storage, networking, and security. * Experience working in a consulting environment or in industry with a consulting background. * Ability to thrive in a matrixed organisation, with strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills. * Experience in or exposure to proposition development and delivery. ## Description As a Consultant - Cloud Operating Model Transformation, you'll play a key role in supporting clients navigate the organisational and operational shifts required to realise the full value of cloud. You'll work closely with stakeholders and working as part of a collaborative team, you'll contribute to the design and implementation of cloud-enabled business models and operating structures that drive agility, innovation, and measurable outcomes.
