 * Oversee technical teams, service desk performance, escalations, and project priorities
 * Develop strategies to improve system reliability, response times, and client satisfaction
 * Coordinate with clients, vendors, internal teams, and technology partners
 * Monitor service metrics, budgets, risks, and operational reports
 * Support IT process improvements, documentation, security awareness, and compliance standards
