Working on one of JCB's most iconic and highest-volume product ranges, you'll play a key role in the ongoing development of the world's number one Backhoe Loader. This position offers the opportunity to influence engineering change across a diverse product portfolio, from core production machines to highly specialised customer configurations. As a Senior Design Engineer, you'll work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment where innovation, problem-solving and continuous improvement are at the heart of everything we do. You'll take ownership of engineering projects, develop robust design solutions and work closely with colleagues across the business and our global engineering teams.
