## About the Role

* Proven experience as a Technical Architect/Senior Lead in cloud, infrastructure, or managed services
 * Strong expertise in observability platforms (e.g. Splunk) and enterprise monitoring solutions
 * Solid experience designing and governing infrastructure automation (e.g. Ansible) aligned to DevOps practices
 * Skilled in integrating infrastructure and observability with ITSM platforms (e.g. ServiceNow, CMDB, incident/change workflows)
 * Strong understanding of cloud and hybrid architectures (AWS, Azure, on-prem) and defining architecture standards and best practices
 * Excellent communication skills with ability to convey complex designs, supported by knowledge of SDLC and service management models

* Design end-to-end observability architectures (metrics, logs, traces, alerting, dashboards) using platforms like Splunk
 * Architect infrastructure automation and configuration management solutions aligned to IaC and DevOps (e.g. Ansible)
 * Define and promote reference architectures, standards, reusable patterns, and best practices
 * Design integrations between observability, automation platforms, and ITSM tools (e.g. ServiceNow) for automated workflows
 * Translate client requirements into scalable, secure, cost-effective technical solutions, providing governance and design assurance
 * Collaborate across teams and support pre-sales activities, including solution design, client workshops, and modern platform adoption
