Writing software collaboratively - work closely with other team members through pair programming, code review and continuous delivery. Working across platforms - happy to work on both Android and iOS codebases Writing clean code - enthusiasm for writing clean, well documented, and testable code. Improving ways of working - the ability to question the way we work, and the tools and processes we use. Communicating effectively - able to talk to developers, non-developers, and communicate remotely across multiple BBC sites. Embracing change - curious and embraces change; requirements often change and you'll enjoy this challenge.
