Working alongside architects, product owners, and technical teams, you will help enhance CMDB data quality, Discovery, Service Mapping, integrations, automation, reporting, and remediation processes. Location: UK-based, with onsite presence in Cambridge two days per week. Key Responsibilities * Configure, develop, and troubleshoot ServiceNow CMDB and ITOM solutions. * Improve CMDB data quality, addressing duplicate, stale, orphaned, and incomplete CIs. * Support CMDB Health, dashboards, reporting, and remediation activities. * Manage and troubleshoot Discovery, MID Servers, credentials, schedules, and patterns. * Validate Service Mapping and CI relationships for key services. * Enhance identification, reconciliation, and data management processes. * Develop automations using Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, Transform Maps, Import Sets, and scheduled jobs. * Support integrations and data ingestion from enterprise systems and cloud platforms. * Analyse CMDB data to identify quality issues and remediation priorities. * Collaborate with technical and operational stakeholders to implement improvements. * Produce technical documentation and support knowledge transfer.
