* 3-5 years' experience managing software implementation, SaaS, or ERP projects.
 * Proven experience delivering multiple concurrent projects successfully.
 * Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
 * Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional project teams.
 * Experience working with ERP platforms, finance systems, or related business software solutions.
 * Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, or similar platforms.
 * Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
 * Proactive, solutions-focused approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
 * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
 * Professional Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent) would be advantageous.
 * Willingness to travel occasionally to customer sites when required.

## Description

* Lead the end-to-end delivery of software implementation projects across SaaS and ERP environments.
 * Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities across varying levels of complexity.
 * Define, maintain, and manage project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
 * Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within agreed parameters.
 * Act as the primary point of contact for customer stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
 * Facilitate project kick-offs, status meetings, risk reviews, and go-live planning sessions.
 * Build strong relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and manage expectations effectively.
 * Handle project risks, issues, and escalations in a professional and proactive manner.
 * Develop and maintain structured project plans, tracking progress, dependencies, risks, and actions.
 * Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure delivery readiness and successful project outcomes.
 * Maintain accurate project documentation, including testing, deployment, and go-live readiness materials.
 * Contribute to the continuous improvement of project delivery processes, standards, and best practices.
